I am proud of my West Virginia roots!  There are three towns that were named for my ancestors:  Metz, Stumptown, and Nutter Fort, WV.  My ancestral names:  Metz, Cross, Pursley, Boone, Beorn, Affolter, Piersol, McPherson, Gantz, Bell/Beall, Stump, and Nutter.
